Omnipure Filter Company has recently introduce a new extra-large format series of filters designed for the commercial food service industries.

In contrast to what the name implies, the new Extra-Large Format or ELF-Series’ capacity of up to 25,000 gallons and hefty flow rate of up to 2.0 gal./min make it ideal for food service and commercial beverage operations. Engineered in a two-piece configuration, the ELF features a permanent head and a bayonet style replaceable polypropylene body. The virgin, high-impact polypropylene body is especially ideal for use in applications where sanitary conditions are required as polypropylene has been approved by the FDA.

Filter bodies are available in the 10” x 3.5” ELF body or the 15” x 3.5” ELFXL body. Both are made of virgin high impact polypropylene for durability and sanitation.

The ELF-Series is available with all standard OmnipureBlock™ options including GAC/lead/cyst specific media, GAC/scale specific media and GAC taste/odor reduction media as well as some custom media options.
